  • How long will it take for my Fleep to be delivered?

    We pride ourselves on fast turnaround! In less than a week – 3 to 5 business days to be precise, depending on where you live –  you’ll be sleeping on your new Fleep!

    NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the manufacturing process takes longer than usual. Lead time before shipping is around 1 to 2 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.

  • How is my Fleep shipped?

    As soon as you place your order, your mattress is emptied of its air and packed securely in a box. As it leaves the plant, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. There’s nothing to pay on delivery. Simply unpack your mattress and start looking forward to a great night’s sleep!

  • What happens if I’m not home when my Fleep is delivered?

    UPS came while you were out? No problem! UPS always leaves an InfoNotice telling you how to retrieve your package.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

    Shipping is free everywhere to all destinations served by Fleep in Canada and the U.S. There is an additional charge for delivery to Canadian Territories (contact us at support@fleepbed.com before ordering).

  • Will my Fleep mattress arrive at the same time as the other items I ordered?

    Each item you order is packaged and processed separately, but we ship them all at the same time. Normally you should receive them the same day, but the carrier can’t guarantee it 100%.

  • Can I choose the delivery date?

    No, but simply order your Fleep a few days ahead of time. You’ll receive it 3 to 5 business days later. No need to put in an advance order because mattresses are in stock at our plant at all times.

  • Does the price include sales taxes?

    Taxes aren’t included in the price because they vary by location. To get an idea of the total cost of your mattress, just add it to your cart. The taxes will be automatically calculated based on where you’re ordering from.

  • What are the conditions for returning my Fleep?

    Return requests must be made no later than the 112th day after the date the mattress was delivered, and only one return per purchaser per year is accepted. For a full reimbursement, you must submit photos showing that your mattress has not been damaged, i.e., burned, stained, ripped, etc.

  • How do I return my Fleep during the trial period?

    Fleep returns are a snap. If you’re not happy with the mattress, just complete the return form in your Fleep account and then follow the steps. Fleep will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours to make the necessary arrangements for a free pickup.

  • How should I pack the mattress for the return trip?

    After talking to Fleep Customer Service about the return, you’ll receive a shipping bag to protect the mattress. Pack up your Fleep in the bag before the carrier comes to pick it up.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping if I return my Fleep?

    No worries—our 111 night trial includes free return shipping!

  • How will I be refunded?

    The price of your mattress plus taxes will be refunded in full via Stripe directly to the credit card you used to purchase the mattress. If your refund request is processed 60 days or more after your purchase, you will receive a cheque in the mail.

  • What happens to the mattress I return?

    Fleep believes in community. All mattresses returned in good condition are donated to charity organizations in our region. The rest are recycled according to strict standards.

  • Can I order a new cover for my Fleep?

    Yes, you can order a new cover for your Fleep by contacting support@fleepbed.com.

  • Does Fleep ship outside Canada?

    Yes! Fleep not only ships across Canada, but also to all U.S. states except Hawaii, Alaska, and Ohio.

  • Oops, I made a mistake! Can I exchange my Fleep for another one in a different size?

    No one’s perfect! If the size isn’t right, simply contact support@fleepbed.com and Fleep will take care of it!
